Furnished rentals:

Produce a listing of properties available with a minimum of 1 month stay.
The properties are all located within the 1st & 2nd transportation zone of central London (15mn max by tube from the city centre).
You can find a flat in a trendy, residential, chic or traditional area; it is for every taste and budgets.
- Fees are based on the length of your stay and come as follows:
From 1 month up to 4 months stay, fee is 0,25 x the month rent price (which is around 1 week rent).
From 4 months up to 8 months stay, fee is 0,33 x the month rent price (which is around 1,5 week rent).
Over 8 months stay, fee is half month rent.
