The handing over of the keys (check-in and check-out) takes place between 7. 00am and 10. 00pm. Outwith these hours there is a 20€ extra charge.

The owner has spent a lot of time updating this unit. There is everything you would ever want in the apartment...right down to adapters for your laptops! He has really thought of everything. This is a very quite unit - - that is located in an absolutely amazing location. Fantastic shopping - -and its right next to all the major RER and metro lines (making it easy to go back and forth to the airport). It also easy to walk to so many places in Paris from here. You\'re going to love this place if you rent it!. Welcome from the landlord : He is a terrific landlord. He spent a lot of time at the beginning making sure I understood how to operate all of the equipment in the apartment - - and orientating me with the area. He also checked back regularly to make sure everything was going OK. He was fantastic!. Agency : Lodgis could not have made the process any easier! They were amazing. I loved their search engine and site. Once I picked an apartment they were totally on top of making sure I had all of the necessary information and forms to ensure I secured it. They worked with the landlord to get everything in order. If I needed to speak with them during the process they were also VERY easy to reach on the phone...they were very efficient and great to work with! . " | 23-Sept-11
