Landlord's comment: "Triplex apartment in the geographic and historical heart of Paris, with a 280 sq feet terrace. Quiet, bright and sunny, beautiful open view on Les Halles. Lots of bars, restaurants and shops in these pedestrian area. Almost everything can be reach within walking distance : Beaubourg Museum, Le Louvre, Notre Dame etc. RER to the airports, and a lot of Metro lines. The apartment has been renewed in 2008. The building, from the 15th century, is a typical building of the old Paris with beams ceiling."
